The new Hyperfreak Fire Chest Zip Hooded Wetsuit is built to perform in bone-chilling sessions with next-gen TB4 Firewall neoprene, now with extra graphene-infused heat retaining durable fibres for more insane warmth & durability + unrivalled stretch. Fluid seam welds and fused super seal cuffs lock water out, for longer sessions.

O'Neill team rider Jordy Smith recently said: Been running and testing the new Hyperfreak Fire and I know I say this every year but this latest model is hands down the best suit I’ve ever worn. Treat yourself to the TB4 neoprene with more stretch and more warmth.

Features:

TB4 Firewall Neoprene (Core Panels) – O’Neill’s all new Technobutter 4 Firewall utilizes recycled graphene fibres at a thicker pile to create a fire hot feedback loop. As the body heat warms the graphene fibres conduct the heat back into the body.

TechnoButter 4 Neoprene (Body / Legs) – Lightweight, hydrophobic neoprene engineered with pre-stretched yarns for 20% more warmth and 30% less water absorption than previous generations. Offers exceptional durability and flexibility.

TechnoButter 4X Neoprene (Arms / Shoulders) – The most advanced featherlight neoprene available. Unmatched stretch and softness deliver unrestricted paddling and superior comfort through every movement.

‘Plus’ 0.5mm Additional Insulation – Adds an extra 0.5mm layer of neoprene throughout key panels to boost warmth without compromising performance or flexibility.

Exterior Fluid Seam Weld – A durable, watertight outer seam that provides superior protection against water entry while maintaining full stretch and flexibility.

Interior Glued and Blind Stitched Seams – Panels are glued and then stitched partway through the neoprene to ensure a strong, flexible, and watertight construction ideal for cold-water performance.

360° Anti-Flush Barrier with Drainholes – A full internal barrier design that prevents water from entering the suit while integrated drain holes allow quick release of any trapped water.

Minimal Seam Design – Strategic panel placement reduces seam stress and enhances overall flexibility, comfort, and freedom of movement.

Super Seal Wrist & Ankle Cuffs – Low-profile, liquid-sealed cuffs designed to create a tight, comfortable seal that minimises flushing and locks in warmth.

Recycled Krypto Armor Knee Padz – Ergonomic, abrasion-resistant knee protection made from recycled materials, offering long-lasting durability and eco-conscious construction.

One of the most trusted and popular wetsuits on the market, with industry leading materials and technology, the O'Neill Hyperfreak Fire is a favourite of anyone who tries it.
